WORST HOTEL EVER - No...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The fact that the bathroom was so disgusting that I had to spend over half an hour cleaning it. The shower had not been cleaned. There was hair and soap and mould. Toilet dirty. The reception was closed so we could not change rooms. I needed a shower when we got back from our event, so I had to clean it myself!

A great family stay in...

Liked: The room had mote space than expected , the laundry and kitchen were a great bonus. Had everything we needed. Parking was close by and easy Electric car charging point.
Disliked: The second bedroom has no heating

Disliked: Check in was at 2:30 my room was not ready 2 hours later I was still waiting for the phone call to see if my room was ready but nothing so I went to the room to check myself and it was ready so we just helped ourselves into our room , I asked for parking there was nothing added to my booking, when they organised it they charged me $35 but when we went into the parking it had a $20 over night fee not $35

Overall a very good experience

Liked: Location was excellent. Initial impression only okay, carpet in passage left much to be desired. Once in the room nice and clean. Staff accommodating professional and friendly. Was expecting coffee etc to be replenished now know this may not happen is some accommodation. Water nice and hot good showers
Disliked: There was a few things that needed tiding. In the first room cupboard door needed attention. The second room the door leading to the passage needed correcting. It was noisy and would disturb if someone else was on the same floor. Maybe a bit of oil would correct it.

Liked: The venue was in a convenient location for the theatre and restaurants.
Disliked: After receiving a phone call two days before we checked in to confirm our booking and ask when we would arrive at the venue our room was not ready.
