Very good

Liked: The check. In male staff on 25 June were excellent The female reception staff on the 26 June needs to improve.

Clean, comfortable, central to public...

Liked: Short walk from train station. Close to major hospitals and specialists rooms.
Disliked: Can’t think of a single thing that could be improved.

Very good

Liked: Super convenient, close to the Parliament end of the city. The apartment room was surprisingly spacious.
Disliked: Lift is slow and small so definitely more suited to solo travellers or couples.

Passable

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: Didn't get all our deposit back after telling them that my husband smoke out on the balcony (which was aloud, no ashtray, so hubby put his butts in the rubbish bin inside to be told that there was smoking inside, the then except our explanation to them withhold $50

Overall it was very Good

Liked: Room was clean and kitchen was good
Disliked: There was not a single bottle of water for drinking in the fridge

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good for the top end of town theatres, etc.
Disliked: Room was unclean, floor dirty, bath filthy with hair in it, very worn and dated. The king bed was 2 singles pushed together that kept pushing apart, and the edges of the singles were very hard, most hotels these days have something that goes over the top of singles to make it useable as a king.

Liked: This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at .. the rooms are big , clean , and the staff are amazing .. I highly recommend
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Exceptional

Liked: Affordable hotel and friendly staff close to stores.
Disliked: Found a lube under the bed. Maybe the cleaner missed it while cleaning, but overall, the experience was good. The room was good and clean
