Great location, very comfortable and...

Liked: Our room was well designed, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The location is great, right next to the rail and bus stations and very close to the Opera House. Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional, with a huge and varied choice. We would definitely stay again on a return visit to Oslo.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Hotel location is wonderful, direct access to central station. Facility is very fancy, breakfast is delicious and has multiple choices. We would love to stay again.

Comfortable stay in a central...

Liked: Really convenient for the train station and exploring the city. Good range of food options at breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They have a luggage storage room which was very useful as we could explore the city without our suitcases before needing to catch our train.
Disliked: Bit of a maze to get to our room and it was quite small but very reasonable for the price and comfortable for a short stay.

Liked: Great breakfast, great location, nice room.
Disliked: Bathroom lights on motion sensor was an interesting idea that does not work. If it just lit up one not so bright light, then give user the option of turning on other lights within the bathroom, that would be better.

Don’t book a compact room.you’ll...

Liked: Location. It’s with Oslo Central Station and opposite the Opera House across a square.
Disliked: The compact room is tiny. Hard to find a space for our large suitcase. The breakfast is ok not excellent as some review claimed.

A very pleasant stay.

Liked: The central position of the hotel, room size the breakfast, and the pleasant helpful staff.
Disliked: There are no instructions on how to set the temperature in room. When you select to reduce the temperature to the minimum allowed of 18 degrees it does not appear to reset it or reduce the room temperature. Instructions would be helpful.
