Disliked: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conditions of my recent stay at your hotel.Unfortunately, the room I was provided with was far below the expected standards. Upon arrival, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom also had a bad smell and visible mold on the walls, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially given the high temperatures. To make matters worse, the room was facing a very busy street, and the noise level at night was unbearable.Another inconvenience was that breakfast was not served at your hotel but in a different building, which was not clearly communicated in advance and caused further discomfort.I believe that the conditions offered do not reflect what was promised at the time of booking. I kindly request an appropriate response to this matter, including a possible partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.I look forward to your prompt reply.

Liked: Nothing … no complimentary coffee tea … nor water for guest
Disliked: Everything poor hotel … expensive not worth paying …. Plus am booked for 2 night I checked out the next … instead because it’s crap and not comfortable

Liked: Location was actually ok, but so noisy
Disliked: Everything else - cockroach in the room, no aircon, no refund or anything, no new room, so service is just very bad! Loud noises from other rooms - also looked kinda trashy, just as expected in crackfurt!

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Do NOT book this hotel! The hotel was overbooked and informed us on the evening of our intended stay that they had no room left for us. This happened even though we paid , our stay was confirmed AND showed up earlier that day to stash our luggage at the hotel. Since we tried to check in close to midnight, we were not able to book a new room, and no help was offered by the staff to find a new room. I can not recommend it at all!! It is also rather expensive.

Disliked: Despite our reservation and approved late checkin time, the property did not have a room available. They didn't offer any alternative accomodation or apology.
