Liked: Great spot. Nice area.
Disliked: Out dated. Bathroom was pretty old and needed a freshen up. No tea towel or plug for the sink. No bin provided.

Quiet, pleasant location not far...

Liked: The location was in a very quiet and safe area with park lands near, close to public transport and had parking close by if needed.
Disliked: The bathroom was dated compared to the upgraded remainder of the room. The plumbing was leaky.

Police presence. Did not match...

Liked: Staff were kind and efficient. Bed was comfy. Room had plenty of space to unpack luggage. Express check-out box to drop your key cards. A couple of tram stops and a train spot within five minutes walk of the motel.
Disliked: Contrary to other reviews, we found the room and bathroom to be quite unclean. Lots of dust and grime. We asked for the sheets to be changed — we checked them on arrival and although the bed looked like it had been made, the sheets dirty. Did not feel like a safe building. We were aware of police on site two times re guests. Frequently, people would be standing outside a room door yelling to someone inside (yes, different rooms each time).

Liked: Location is good, reasonable price for city accommodations. Staff are friendly, huge room with city views. Bed was comfortable, aircon heating worked well. Shower was hot. The provision of toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge was very much appreciated after a long cold day of traveling. There is off street parking available
Disliked: Strange kind of bathroom renovation meant that you had to step up into the shower and the exhaust fan didn’t work

Liked: THE ROOM WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN AND COMFY BEDS, LOCATION GREAT
Disliked: WE DIDNT GET A LOT OF SLEEP DOORS WERE BANGING ALL NIGHT AND I MEAN ALL NIGHT PEOPLE WERE COMING AND GOING ALL NIGHT, AND NOT RESPECTING QUIETNESS, LOTS OF CHIT CHAT N GIGGLING, NOT SURE ACTUALLY WHAT WAS HAPPENING, I HAVE NEVER GAVE 1 BAD REVIEW BEFORE IN MY LIFE AND HAVE STAYED AT A LOT OF PLACES.

Liked: It was very close to where I needed to be hospital.
Disliked: We booked a king suite with a spa, when we got there we were in a different room. Staff changed us over without any problem. The spa room had huge cracks in the walls. The spa was tiny and nothing like it looked in the pictures. It was also dirty.We ended up requesting to back to the other room, which was accommodated easily but feel like we didn’t get what we paid for and paid far too much for what we got. I booked especially for the spa as I was having surgery the next day and in a lot of pain.Also bed was very saggy and not comfortable
