Great location, really like 24/7...

Liked: The room was clean and large, quiet as well, mattress is very good, comfortable!!
Disliked: The corridor carpets need vacuuming. The smell of tobacco in this building spoils everything, so are smokers at the front.

Comfortable room and bed, good...

Liked: Reasonable location, comfortable bed, and reasonably quiet
Disliked: Had great difficulty getting the shower over the bath to work - had separate hot and cold water tap for shower and they did not mix well - do either scalding hot water or freezing cold water and taps were virtually hanging off the wall. Parking restrictions meant parking the car was difficult.

Disliked: The parking. When I booked through booking.com the main reason I chose was because it stated free private parking. Upon arrival was told there were no parks left so we had to park in a pay parking garage. Cost us $50, an expense we hadn’t planned for which was very disappointing. Would have been nice to have been offered a discount for this or a pass for parking.

Comfortable, but needs upgrading

Liked: The room exceeded my expectations. After reading the reviews i was pleasantly surprised. As i walked in i saw a kitchenette with kettle, microwave sink and toaster, and own bathroom, the biggest king bed, which was very comfortable. The pressure in the shower was great, and the split system heater kept us toasty warm. We also had a sofa bed.
Disliked: Their was only one bin, so if you have a couple of cans then the bins full. The bathroom has some cracked tiles, and mould which was painted over. The windows have no fly wire screens, the sofa bed had cat scratches up the sides and it was covered in pet hair and food crumbs. So much we couldn't sit on it. The carpet also had pet hair all over it which stuck to my socks. My advise would be to have some pet friendly rooms. Not all of them. I would choose a room that didn't allow pets. I would expect to not have pet hair on furniture and carpet.
