It is just an OK...

Liked: It was an OK stay, parking was easy.
Disliked: Dining Room Cold and uninviting.

Ok for a night stay

Liked: Room was quite spacious, bed clean and comfortable, think we had a refurbished room as bathroom looked newer than the rest of the room, room was basic, no frills, ok for a night stay, Front staff good on communication keeping in touch as we may have arrived after hours. Location good.
Disliked: The price, it was quite expensive for such a basic room, but we decided to stop overnight after a long drive and booked online, The front staff were nice but didn't know much or give proper instructions about the carparking,( we arrived late and it was dark hard to see ! ) restaurant / breakfast options were not given but was told the end of the road had some takeaway restaurants nearby

Good

Liked: food good. alcohol too expensive $ 14 for glass of Villa Maria .
Disliked: Bed too hard.

Disappointing

Liked: Room: incredibly dark with dark red bedspreads/ lime green wall behind , totally insufficient lighting to an extent that it was almost impossible to see anything properly.Exception to the above was bed lights over the double bed which were OK.Could be improved with better decor and lighting ( would probably result in return bookings )
Disliked: Above says it all.
