Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: View out of the window was of a wall No cutlery plates etc,no microwave

Liked: I like the location. Staff were friendly but not very helpful. Restaurant food was awesome though. Yum.
Disliked: Climbing lots of stairs with no sign to show where elevator was to use. Had a lot of luggage and I suffer with arthritis. Bed mattresses very very old and sunken in. Never slept all night. Could tell mattress protectors were really dirty when I stripped the bed of the sheets. . Worst beds I've slept in. Having to pay for biscuits chips etc left in room plus water and one can of sprite. We never used them.I was asked for my card number when I had already booked and paid online. Not impressed at all.

Liked: When the noise was really bad they changed my room. However the original room had a view the new one didn't.
Disliked: Room without a view for over $200 per night which was i paid for.

Disliked: the main back door from the parking wasn't lockable. Un fact it appeared broken.We booked 2 rooms but my daughter didn't feel safe to stay on her own.
