Liked: Staffs are great. Superb customer service from reception, room cleaners and kitchen staffs.

Disliked: Beds and pillows are too soft. Shower is terrible. Water spread out everywhere may be because it was clodded.

Liked: Breakfast always good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We have stayed there many times and this time there was a very noisy ? family above us. Stomping on the floor, like they were wearing boots or playing basketball. We have stayed there many times when there were lots of kids teams in town for tournaments and we never heard anything like this. We were in 207 .

Just wonderful, I could not...

Liked: The staff were incredible. The person that helped during the complimentary breakfast was the nicest most helpful person I have dealt with. It was a lovely stay, the room was beautiful, the pool and sauna were so relaxing, I loved the stay, it made the trip to Nova Scotia just lovely.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
