Disliked: No elevator and the room was in another building in the 3th floor.The shower was one of those plastic pre manufacture so small that was imposible to wash your feet.The space in the room was so small that to walk between the bed and the wall you have some 30cm (1feet)The mattress of the bed have a hole in the middle.

Liked: Room 31. bathroom a little dated. Bed very comfortable and Staff very helpful and polite. Nice quite area and central to all facilities.
Disliked: rooms a little dated but good value for money.

Cozy Room with a View

Liked: I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the city center of Rouen. Almost everything is within walking distance, and the location is very pleasant. The highlight for me was my cozy room, which had a view of the cathedral. It was exceptionally quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. The room had everything I needed, and the staff were professional and helpful.
Disliked: I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay, although perhaps adding a small shelf in the bathroom for storing toiletries could have enhanced the experience even further.

Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes. We kept the window open, but the smell was impregnated to the curtains, even the bathroom smelled like it. I only stayed one night, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep like that, since we are not smokers.

Liked: Clean room and washroom. The room also had water kettle and complimentary coffee/tea.
Disliked: The bed and blanket were too small. The staff that checked me in was rude and even was shouting as he spoke as I didn't understand what he was saying.

Liked: the hotel is in a perfect position to explore the city center and very close to a laundromat. the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: the wifi connection was spotty at best and very slow
