Very poor
Liked: It was close to the family.
Disliked: Requested a bath stool and was advised they have one but it had been given to someone else, the toilet Was very low and the seat was not attached securely and kept slipping to the side, since we could not shower we had to bath at the sink and it took a minimum of 3 minutes to get any warm water then it gradually got hot, we requested a blanket and were told we had to pick it up at the desk, this would not be a problem but my husband and both use walkers and the comforter was in a huge plastic bag, a bit of a problem getting it up to the room.

Liked: Government should not mix people renting hotel suites and people living there. A hotel should be only a hotel
Disliked: The room was clean but hotel had people living on some of the floors. So some people entering and leaving hotel didn't look put together. Some of the people living there looked dirty.

Not again in this location.
Liked: The staff were helpful.
Disliked: No services at all. No airport shuttle though the website said there was one available. Taxi ride cost $20! No substitute offered for breakfast and no coffee machine anywhere including in the room. Other hotels offered at least substitutes for an open restaurant. No enforcement of mandatory face masks inside hotel. Extremely noisy air conditioning.

Disliked: I was in room PH13 in this room there are 2 doors main door and second which is going to another room . I don't like it it's not safe . Because the door isn't locked well .

Disliked: There was no breakfast (as included in the price which is understandable due to the pandemic, but they should have discounted as it was not provided) or cleaning staff available

Nice place to stay.
Liked: Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Place had renovations going on, but was very clean.

Liked: the location was great and also the view from the room was exceptional.
Disliked: didn't like the fact that the staff were so impolite and the communication was very nonchalant and unwelcoming.also the hygiene supplies weren't available when neededas well as towels and coffee essentials
