Liked: The staff were rude. No manners at all they were relentless, rude, dismissive, and under trained in customer communication/service. I was late checking out and boy did the staff there make a song and dance about. It was very belittling and embarrassing. I did offer to pay over the phone from my room for another night they refused to let. I just ended up checking out. me.
Disliked: Communication, less passive aggressive behaviour, less intimidation, some kindness, last but not least some sympathy/empathy wouldn’t hurt them either. Ohh and maybe smiling every now and than would be good.

Superb

Liked: Great value spacious rooms with plenty of food/drink options in the immediate area. An easy walk or local bus to Adelaide Oval for sports events.
