Liked: Staff excellent, location for the centre of Bielefeld was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Recommended for a city trip.

Disliked: The staff was very bad and not professional and they took the reservation money and they didn’t retune it back

Disliked: I was charged £77 more than originally agreed upon! The booking was quoted at £369 and we were charged £444!

Comfortable, clean, excellent location

Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent location, friendly staff
Disliked: Room was very hot and I didn't want to open the windows fully to avoid mozzies coming in
