Location was perfect and rooms...

Liked: Was clean, great location and rooms were very spacious. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately our heating downstairs was out of order. Being Melbourne in the middle of winter made it not very comfortable. You had to spend time upstairs in bedrooms to be warm.

Excellent service and amazing location

Liked: The location was excellent and the property was easily accessible and very comfortable.
Disliked: Allocated parking for each room

Reception closed with confirmed late...

Disliked: Although I asked for a late check-in and that was confirmed, the reception was closed when I arrived late at night. The emergency phone was broken and I couldn't get through on my phone. It meant I was stranded and had to find alternative accommodation. Very stressful! They offered a refund which was helpful.

Disliked: Very noisy so need some protection from it. Windows are old so leak cold air and noise
