Comfortable and convenient with good...

Liked: Large rooms and good facilities, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room etc. quiet spot and great location. Stayed here as I had to drive up from the countryside for a day procedure at St Vincent’s hospital. Was able to park on-site and walk to the hospital and back, walk down Fitzroy for dinner and breakfast the next morning before driving home.
Disliked: The bed was a little form for me, but fine for a one night stay. The rooms are a little dated, but have everything you need and are comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Great location. Lovely apartment.

Liked: Centrally located. Parking provided. Easy walk to Brunswick street. Clean tidy and nicely appointed. Bed comfortable.

Liked: Great and convenient location, good food options close by, the room was clean and comfortable, very good size, staff were very friendly, free parking was a bonus
Disliked: Wasn't the easiest to find, had to carry luggage up the 3 flights of stairs which wasn't great, and the wi-fi wasn't the greatest

Liked: Location was fabulous - quiet, easy walk through Carlton Gardens to the CBD and close to tram. Easy walk to Fitzroy. Apartment was spacious and clean although soulless.

Great Location, Great Character!

Liked: Was very nice and private and close to tram, bus and train stops and quite central in the CBD.It has great Fitzroy character.
Disliked: * The price was a bit more expensive than it usually was and my room didn't have a balcony * The smart tv has no online streaming services that seem to work and is outdated and complicated, I think that for the price I payed there should of been access to good entertainment viewing and a balcony.Free to air Tv works but is clunky with the remote not so responsive.

Disliked: Nothing we didn't like. Some furnishings are getting a little old.

Great location, just what I...

Liked: I stayed because I had a family member in the St Vincent's hospital next door, the location was amazing and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The place is peaceful and close to trams for access into town
Disliked: The accommodation is dated, needs a makeover, everything is due for a paint and upgrade however, the facilities are good and met the needs
