A very unpleasant experience

Liked: The surrounding area is pretty
Disliked: The food the room and the way the woman who runs it treats her staff , Basically a very unhappy stay

Liked: Location was excellent, staff friendly, dinner was great.
Disliked: Room a bit chilly (there was a plug in heater to use and then it was fine)and the breakfast included in the price only covered continental, £10 surcharge for cooked breakfast which we were a little disappointed about.

Stayed 3 nights for a...

Liked: All staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and set in some stunning surroundings. I would recommend this hotel for any stay and any occasion. The food could not be faulted in any way.
Disliked: The shower in my room was a little low as it was a fixed head, and I'm 6'1", but it did what it was designed for once the hot water came through.
