Liked: Very clean, great location and all you needed in the hotel
Disliked: Nothing really

From the moment we walked...

Liked: The location was perfect for our overnight stay as we were passing through visiting National Trust sites.
Disliked: A TV in the bar with sports channels would have been an excellent addition.

Discovering Malvern Hills

Liked: Great location for hill walking the Malvern hills, very friendly and courteous staff
Disliked: Poor quality shower in bathroom,bathroom tired, breakfast ingredients not great quality

Wonderful dog friendly stay

Liked: Everything about this hotel is perfect, location, hospitality, service and food.
Disliked: Nothing needs changing, it’s a truly great place to stay.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Wifi poor to non existent, hotel tired and shabby, bathroom dated, carpet iron burn marks, no security on door lock from inside. Breakfast buffet limited and cooked breakfast not to my taste, bacon smoked and continental looking, a very small pot of beans
