The hotel was gorgeous. My room was great - nice and cozy.

Liked: The property was beautiful and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. We were in town for a dance competition and it was directly across the street.
Disliked: It was advertised there was a coffee shop in the lobby, it was closed and looked to have been closed for some time. We were a little disappointed when we went and it was closed. But it was not that big of a deal. The hotel was also short staffed in the restaurant, but that seems to be the case in many restaurants these days. The staff that was present worked very hard to accommodate everyone.

Disliked: I was not aware of the additional club and Concierge Level booking- would love to see a better description on booking. Luckily the person I met there accidentally booked the room that included it all. It was wonderful.
