Worked great for us.

Liked: This hotel works great for us whenever in town. Location is good, although road work made it a little difficult to get to. The staff was wonderful to work with. The room was fine. Overall good job.
Disliked: Maybe a heads up on the road work for us out of towners would have been nice. Breakfast could be a bit bigger but it was not horrible by any means.

Liked: Great location, very quiet, room is nice and clean, A/C works great.
Disliked: The water is not hot at night.

It was clean and quiet....

Liked: I didn't eat. I did view the breakfast area and it was very, very small. Maybe big enough for 10 people to eat at the same time.
Disliked: My room was clean, but had a musty smell to it. Likely an old hotel that at some point, allowed smoking in it's rooms. It just didn't smell fresh and clean. But, this is about what I expected for a budget hotel. This is simply my opinion.
