Liked: Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced with a nice view of the mountains. Would stay here again.
Disliked: No king size bed available, our room would have easily accommodated a king in lieu of the queen.

Liked: Extremely clean, neat and well organized. Very fresh in all aspects. Conveniently located near service station and Safeway Grocery and Ace Hardware. The Ale Yak is a great experience right next door! I'll be back.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was a good size, with a jetted tub that we didn't expect, great views, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Location was great, a short walk to Safeway, food trucks and a beer garden right next door. You can also ride right from the hotel to the 11 mile Mineral Belt bike path that circles around Leadville. (get ready to climb).
Disliked: The couch was pretty uncomfortable with a low back, the shower head and sink faucet need replaced, and the "continental" breakfast was absolutely awful. Wonder bread, packaged pastries, sugared cereal, nothing fresh, not even an apple or banana.
