Liked: Clean, convenient and ok value.
Disliked: Breakfast was very lame. Mostly packaged items with little fresh food or protein and basic Folgers style coffee. I'd rather pay less and not have breakfast versus calling that breakfast.

The room was very quiet....
Liked: Packets of oatmeal, toast, and walmart muffins is not breakfast. Worst breakfast I have had in a very long time.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been improved significantly. A hottub on-site would also be a great improvement for the price of this location.

Liked: Close to downtown Leadville and Ski Cooper
Disliked: Mattresses, pillows, furniture, appliances and TV were worn and outdated for the price

Clean, nice staff, very reasonably...
Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet and overall was better than my expectations. Economical but nice. Would definitely stay again. (my primary option was not available and I would recommend this place to budget-minded travelers and to last-minute planners (Us).
