Great hotel to stay at...

Liked: The check in process was quick and the employee at the front desk was very polite and friendly. The room was clean when I got there and the bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: My room was on the first floor and since the hotel is off a main road so there was a little noise in the morning but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Good stop on road trip

Liked: Free upgrade; nice room; friendly and helpful reception staff (Kalpana); good value for money
Disliked: Shortage of hot water in the evening, which spoiled the Jacuzzi experience
