Pleasant surprise.

Liked: The room we stayed in was beautiful and overlooked the river. Super relaxing and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was close to downtown where we enjoyed wine tasting, shopping and a nice dinner. The next morning we walked next door and had breakfast at Simon's. All in all a great getaway and we will definitely be back .

Mercedes hit and run -...

Liked: The shower in the bathroom was about it
Disliked: Someone hit my brand new Mercedes in the parking lot overnight. It was a hit and run. I called the office they advised no cameras in the parking lot nor any reports of the violation. The damages to my car could cost up to 13k. Even hotel 6 has cameras in the parking lot. I noticed a lot of expensive luxury cars in the parking lot and I’m sure these costumers would not consider staying at this facility without cameras if they were advised that no additional security video protection was provided in the parking lot and vehicles damaged hit and run or vandalized it at risk to the consumer. My Mercedes has cameras surrounding and areal views around my car for security. However when I got into my vehicle the whole system was reset and only way for that would have been to disconnect the battery. The clock and date were reset to the manufacturing date. I’m so confused by this but would make sense why I didn’t hear my alarm go off and the cameras to record the incident. I will have more details once the Mercedes dealership finalized their investigation. It’s safe to assume the criminal activity perpetrator knew about the parking lot does not have a single security camera. That’s a targeted parking lot and will become a huge problem for this site if it’s not addressed. Such a small cost for such a company. What a terrible loss for mine.
