Liked: Great location
Disliked: Parking a bit limited. Eight spaces for the hotel, the other adjacent parks are pay 9am to 3pm (when we visited).

Perfectly located hotel in heart...

Liked: Great harbourside location in heritage hotel. The views were spectacular. Parking was an easy process. Staff were all good to deal with.
Disliked: Some sound proofing on windows could help with the regular late night noise from various noisy people on the waterfont (both nights until late, late meaning 1am).

Gem of a hotel in...

Liked: We were welcomed very warmly when checking in, room was spot on with the most incredible view of the bay! Location is perfect and we were lucky enough to get one of the hotel's parking bays too.Bed was comfortable, shower was great.Customer service from both of the gentlemen at check in and check out time was really excellent. Really couldn't fault anything.
Disliked: I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Liked: Location. The view from my room.
Disliked: The elevator- very old fashioned. The size of the bathroom ( actually shower room ) very small and a bit cramped.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean throughout. Bar area is well set out with stunning views over the harbour.
