Superb

Liked: The locality of the hotel is excellent. Very close to centre of Inverness, easily within walking distance.
Disliked: The view from the room wasn't great but as we only booked a few days before arrival we couldn't expect anything else. Hotel was busy.

Disliked: The floor in our room was slipped The blind in bathroom had black damp on itShower wasn't height friendly, I'm almost 6ft and I had to bend down to get under shower

Liked: Disappointed on this trip.
Disliked: First room I was given, wasn't made up. I asked on arrival if the restaurant was still open and had to ask again if she minded checking. Disappointing reply,

Liked: There was not much to like very disappointed rooms are badly needing upgrading our room wasn’t hoovered at all on Saturday we got clean towels . On Friday night I had to ask for an extra pillow this was at 9.45pm it took another phone call and when they answered the reply was they were looking for one !!!Finally got pillow at 11.10 pm .we were there with friends and room 322 was freezing heating not working and broken bedside lamp was broken room 327 was not serviced until after 14.00 on Saturday and we had to remind them . the entrance to the hotel was shabby glass doors had never been cleaned. We got breakfast in with the deal and that was another experience although it was on hot plates the bacon sausage eggs and beans were cold could not eat breakfast room was nicest room but after breakfast Wes didn’t want to chance evening meal we ate out . We did complain to the duty manager and he advised me he would pass it on , but I got no feedback .
