Colorado Springs Marriott

Fine stay but not up...

Liked: Nice room. Clean
Disliked: Wait staff was vacuuming and sweeping the dining room floors while eating a $100.00 meal. This was at 7:30 pm while everyone was having dinner. Front desk said cleaning crew would refresh room during the day but no one came.

Will not stay at Marriots...

Disliked: Room not stocked with amenities, Coffee, phone not working, hot tub did not work. Overpriced, parking fee not in urban setting. No breakfast include. TV only sells Bonvoy. Hold too much money in reserve compared to other hotel.

Disliked: My consiere level room was not ready and had to take a much lower floor level than I wanted and paid for.

Lovely hotel

Liked: This was our second time visiting the Marriott Colorado Springs. The hotel has a very warm and friendly feel to it with everyone from business people to families staying there. The staff are just lovely and super helpful. We ate in the restaurant quite a lot as the food was really good. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the gym most days.
