Liked: We went to visit Knotts Berry farm, the park was directly across from knotts "preferred " parking, so the walk was not far at all. I did appreciate that aspect.
Disliked: The room was really dirty, bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the bathroom door had gum wedged in the frame, they stocked only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, bed covers had cigarette burns, the mini fridge was extremely dirty as well as the microwave. The microwave had a turning tray that did not fit, so it didn't turn. To Top All this off, the place had Roaches.

Cheating and trying to charge...

Disliked: But they tried to steal and charge me $100 today went on Google it 64 the highest 62 lower and they stopped me on Expedia twice and that money is sitting in the mail right now. I’ve already paid for my room through Priceline and they took my hundred dollar cash deposit to pay for the room and I’m sitting outside next to the gas station that meant to stole my money and the willow of the vet and Disabled had two major back surgeries screws and plates down there and now I just came out of surgery May 21. I left the hospital And I came back home to get some help and this is what these people did to this widow of a vet disabled and on the street right now and I paid for the room twice today and at three and four times with Expedia twice and that money hasn’t been returned to my Navy Federal Kevin: Ross and I’m on the phone with Navy Federal five and they can do that to me Expedia and hotels.com and they’ve never done that to me ever and I have hotels.com and Expedia and I stayed several places with them throughout this time and I’m also a Google review and I will review them every day if I have to they better give me my money back and champagne and suffering money now because I’m on the street it’s cold. I haven’t eaten dinner and I needed to go to the hospital tonight how dare you Kevin and Peter keep my $100 that you already charged me for the room and then put me on the Suite pay for it. Da For and the two cancellations that you did through Expedia yourself. How dare you do that to this but that Disabled girl that is on the street right now with my stuff next year call me with cockroaches and stuff and your room is cleaner then when I got on Wednesday

Cockroaches is filthy outdated room

Liked: Well, I don’t like them knocking on the door while I’m sleeping. I don’t care what time in the morning it is but opening my door while I’m in there on the bed sleeping not very cool. I like that. They had a pool and a washer, but the dryer don’t work very much
Disliked: Well, I put the cash deposit of $100 down and then they try to keep it today and I only went on Expedia and paid for the room because on Google it says $62 the lowest 60 for the highest and they want to take my cash deposit and pay for this room and I am sitting at the gas station next-door after the police came out here and I got my things out after sitting here for an hour and a half and I already was harassed by one of the managers, Kevin and Peter are sitting here and I had to get him to come over the room cause I left my phone inside the room And now I’m without any money because the hotels.com and Expedia there one entity they haven’t replaced my money in Navy Federal and that was I think through Expedia but hotels.com too and then I already paid for it through Priceline and I’m sitting outside with no place to go and they’ve been paid and the money hasn’t come back from the cancellations that they did through Expedia because the owners here did that and then my hundred dollar cash deposit that I put on online I don’t have that either and now at that room out tonight and then I’m gonna have to see them for all the pain and suffering because I’m disabled in the handicap and I’m a widow of the vet and I was gonna go to the hospital tonight and get some trouble for that because I just had major neck surgery on top of the three hand surgeries in the two back surgeries. I’ve already had. I just moved back home because I’ve been living in LA. It’s not safe for me where they film training day and then throw away my mouth and now I gotta deal with this crap at home where I’m from. I’ve been here for 5055 years although I haven’t been here since 2008 six and Shefford visiting and that’s it And I haven’t been here to quite sometime. How is Kevin and Peter you owe me $100 right now and I’m gonna see you for the pain and suffer that you put me through tonight. Any embarrassment and how dare you people do that to me?
