Liked: location was ok it is near the other beaches
Disliked: I didn't like that they advertise about they have an indoor pool but it is not open this time of the year.It was even on the front sign by the road. I was glad we were able to go to Wells at their sister company and let us use the pool. It was not really a beachfront either. Behind was a river view and you have to paddle or kayak to get to the beach or just drive to ogungquit beach to access the beach
