Liked: The room was nice and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The view from the window was amazing. Facility was great and close to town
Disliked: The room was quite tiny but acceptable. For those who book a higher level room, there were steep steps so better not to carry heavy luggages.

Disliked: Lack of cleanliness.Lack staff to communicate.we spend six nights and they didn’t clean our room.One of our electric blanket didn’t work.we changed our bedsheets and cleaned our room by ourselves for six days. Our infant got sick with flu on the fifth day and I also found flu tablets from previous guest left on the kitchen cabinet.Not happy with Hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel.

Liked: Perfect for a weekend escape, we enjoyed our stay and found the bus stop just down the road very convenient. Rooms were warm and comfortable, and the lakeview exceptional.
