Good

Run down and unhygienic, but...

Liked: Close to downtown, lots of areas out front of our room for the kids to play on the grass, breakfast included.
Disliked: The fridge in the rooms did not work, there was a large poop in the outdoor pool on our second evening there (and the pool was not closed afterwards), the gate to the outdoor pool did not latch closed and we had small kids, and our headboard was torn off the wall.

Liked: The staff was very nice.

We enjoyed the stay except...

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The place was quiet. The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: We were there at the start of the season. Obviously they don't do cleaning before the season starts. the wall under the air conditioner was sticky and had tiny bugs stuck to it. All the walls were smudged with hand prints and dirty marks. Paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The peeling paint wasn't a big deal if everything else would have been clean. The entrance door was really smudged with hand prints. A couple hours of cleaning would have made a big difference. The indoor hot tub was slimy. The indoor pool was not very nice.

Nice place!

Liked: Location, inside pool, hot tub, sauna, comfortable beds, good fridge.
Disliked: There were hairs in the sink, neighbors were troublemakers, no remote for AC (no instruction how to operate)

Bad

Liked: Location.
Disliked: First room was crawling with ants. Given a better room but when extended the stay we were moved back to the area insect infected. Breakfast was with expired items. Never again.
