It was extremely dirty

Liked: Good parking
Disliked: There was dirt and hair all over the floor. We had to keep our shoes on. There was also hair all in the sheets, and blood on the side of the bed.

It was horrible

Disliked: The staff were very rude and not kind at all. I had to argue and fight with them so that they would actually look for our reservations. After many failed attempts the daughter I’m assuming stormed off without a word only to send the old man to deal with the situation. He didn’t even check the system before yelling at me to take it up with whoever I booked the room through. I broke down at that point and begged him to check please as that was all the money I had and it was already late and I was past the point of exhaustion. Reluctantly he checked and found out it was there but decided we needed to pay 50 deposit. I told him I didn’t have anymore money he started to walk back inside and my friend offered him the last 20.00 he had and the old man finally said okay and gave us our room key. I will never stay there again it was so embarrassing and just flat out humiliating to go through all that.

Poor

Liked: They had really hot water so I was able to take a hot shower..... however there were no towels to dry off with so that was fun
Disliked: My smoke detector was in the freezer of the mini refrigerator. Kind of an odd place for a smoke detector to beRight? I thought so....There were no lightbulbs in any of the lamps whatsoever there was only the one light on the ceiling that was uncomfortably bright. The floors were filthy and I had no towels.

Bad

Disappointing, but acceptable.

Liked: There was always plenty of hot water, parking was fine, there was a nice sized little fridge and microwave. The staff are friendly. The shower, toilet and sink area were very clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: There was one hanger..she gave us four more when we asked. The handles on dressers were broken, furniture dusty and lampshade had holes in it. There was no hair dryer, lucky I brought one. There were no Kleenex or bottled water in the room, so bring your own. There was a window that let in bright light all night long that really should have a curtain over it. The location is noisy, bring earplugs.

Disliked: bed is really bad, can hear every footstep from upstairs until 1am.
