Liked: We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the colonial lodge motel. Accommodation and facilities were all comfortable and clean, love the location and really good value for money. We would stay there again

Liked: We prepared our own breakfast. Only a small bottle of milk was given to cater for 3 of us when we checked in. We were asked by the owner whether we want it or not.
Disliked: Heater in the room was very noisy. We had to switch it off in the night . There wad no hand wash provided.

Liked: It was comfortable and well situated. The welcome we received was warm and inviting.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor and the guests above us were very noisy the while night.

Best place we’ve stayed at...

Liked: Anthony was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Gave us many different pamphlets and maps and directed us to things to do. Dried some of our washing for us in their commercial dryer and brought it up to our room. He is what makes the stay!! Had everything we could need in the room and were made very aware that if we needed anything not to hesitate and ask. Amazing views too.
Disliked: No faults at all

Liked: Close to lake and city...views of the snowy mountain
Disliked: Not really large SUV or Ute friendly for parking. No one in the reception after hours..no one to answer phone. There was a couple who were having a big and loud domestic arguement and perheps the lady got beaten as well. Tried ringing reception to complain but no one there to answer calls.
