Disliked: I rented another room with two beds. Initially, I told the manager I had a room (pre-paid), but I just needed an extra bed, and he told me to contact Booking.com to cancel the other room. I did, he said he would refund the room afterwards, and out of the $136, he only returned $106. Not a good feeling about this place after this. So he charged me a fee to cancel the first room and then rented another room for $198 for the two beds. I feel like this was a double-dipping into my funds. He ended up making more money on the stay. He could not speak English well, so miscommunication could be part of the problem. But as a businessman concerned about expenses, this is not an excuse. Would I stay here again, NO! This hotel was so scared that they were going to lose money that they would rather take money from their out-of-town guests.

Disliked: I requested 1st floor when I booked over 6 months in advance. When we arrived, we were told there were no 1st floor rooms available. Both myself and my partner are not safe on stairs. We were finally provided a 1st floor room but were required to pay an additional deposit. Also the cleanliness was poor. The description of the property failed to mention that it was adjacent to a very busy truck stop. Loud truck noises all night.

Never again will I stay...

Liked: Nothing first room had roaches and ac was terrible the second room never slept in. We left for a few hours after placing our belongings on bed roof leaked all over our stuff on bed the manager said we had to leave after telling him the issue. And refused to refund the second night. I have to go down the road to get a room at a much cleaner establishment
