It was a time of...

Liked: Location was near perfect, don't understand the question regarding breakfast?
Disliked: Nothing, anymore, would remove the sense of a timeless location. You don't, and shouldn't, turn it into a Disney park, which it isn't; the historical significance and period are what the experience is about.

Great stay, as usual

Liked: Cozy, intimate, very nice

Very enjoyable, would do it...

Liked: Quaint, comfortable, private. Located in the historical district of colonial Williamsburg. We were in a separate small house, one room plus separate bath. Queen bed. Check in/out at the main Inn was expeditious. AC worked fine, we were in middle of serious heat wave.
Disliked: Nothing. High season price made sense.

Location in the Heart of...

Liked: Great to be in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg, able to walk to all sites, Merchants Square. Good matress and towels.
Disliked: Dark! 40 watt bulbs in three lamps does not light a room. Need to rest and read after so much walking, room too dark to read.Ladder back chair the only seating option. (Understand the small room, feet dangle from the high bed)$250. Brass key replacement put the Fear of Loss into us.
