Overall a very disappointing experience...
Disliked: There was a lack of crockery, 1 glass, 1 mug, 1 bowl, no teaspoons… despite the booking for 3 people. The beds did not have warm enough blankets on and the sheets were not secured well, the comfort was terrible. There were no tea towels or dish cloth provided so cleaning up after ourselves was very difficult. No people on site to help and messages through booking.com went unanswered. High winds created a strong fraught through the window in the bedroom as they were not well secured and there is a plug in the bathroom that is not RCD protected which is surely not compliant.

We don't think we will...
Liked: We have stayed here a few times as the location is great for us and the restaurant below has great food.
Disliked: The room we had this time was not like the others when we have stayed in the past. There was no shower curtain on the shower so water went everywhere - also no toilet lid so the toilet seat was wet.

Disliked: We arrived at the property to be told our room had a water leakage and we would have to be moved to another hotel that they own. I understand things happen and it was nice of them to give us another offer. However, upon arriving at the new location (which was a motel not hotel), it was really not welcoming at all and we did not feel comfortable staying there. The front door to our apartment didn't even lock properly. We told the owner that we would not be staying here as we did not feel comfortable and it was our downgrade (both in the room itself and location) to what we originally booked. We asked for a refund which they said they would give us. We have not received a refund and they have since declined giving us a refund when we have asked again. Do not recommend this place at all.
