Nice, warm, dry, and safe.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful when I engaged with them.
Disliked: There was no tea towel for dishes, and no shower gel in the shower, and some larger cups for a coffee would have been nice.

Would not stay here again...

Disliked: Initially after booking was called and told there was a leak so they would move us to their sister accommodation which was “of same value”. The room there was not of same value at all. When contacting them they said “oh we can find a room” at the initial accommodation we booked at, the room reeked of cigarettes. The photos on the site are misleading.

Disliked: The property had a terrible smell, all of the walls were marked, there’s a lot (a lot a lot) of security cameras, the rooms have no windows, carpets are stained, the floors were dirty from the entrance all the way to the room, no reception, staff strangely casual (everything’s hand written), the car park isn’t secure at all, lots of tagging and strange people handing around
