Excellent value

Liked: Excellent location. We have stayed many times and always find the units sparkling clean and fresh. This particular stay we had just left the Sunshine Coast in 27 degrees 🌞and arrived back in to Christchurch to 3 degrees and a southerly wind and sleet .. freezing cold🥶 we arrived at the unit checked in and the heater was on in the room and the electric blankets ready for us.. such a lovely gesture. We will definitely stay again 😊
Disliked: Nothing it’s all lovely. Just one thing not a grumble but a suggestion. Maybe a do not disturb sign to hang on the door for folk that have arrived late etc and want a sleep in, just to let the excellent cleaning staff that they are not required. 😊

Disliked: The owners were very much "going through the motions" - not rude or dismissive, but just not particularly interested.
