Not a bad place however...

Liked: Close to city and transport.
Disliked: Toilets were filthy on entry. Air con didn’t work.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were very helpful when I explained I needed a walk in shower and not one over the bath. Good breakfast. Great location for getting around Cologne. Very easy walking distance of the station.

Disliked: We checked out and just 5 mint later I remember that I forgot something in the room, I went to the reception for help to get back to the room but they say that I have to wait for someone to go with me, I couldnt wait long because, I had a taxi waiting.I didnt receive any intention for help or try to look for my things, I left without it....
