We enjoyed the staff as...

Liked: Just the friendly staff. They were exceptional
Disliked: The smell in the elevator. The carpet. The ice machine not working Room had the working lights. The phone. One roll of toilet paper etc

We have a large Family...

Liked: The staff were pleasant and the Manager was very helpful when we asked for additional towels, tissues, etc.
Disliked: Three things:1. The rate we were charged was nearly $30 per night more than we were quoted when the reservations were made.2. The “Non-Smoking” Room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes. Room 109. We went to the front desk and were not offered a different room - we were given some spray. We went to the store and purchased 2 room deodorizers. We left them when we checked out so that the next guest would have a better-smelling room.3. We were told there would be biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but this past Friday morning, there was none. I went to Burger King next door, for breakfast. There was biscuits and gravy on Saturday morning.

Disliked: Tv remote please take a few rooms and upgrade for somewhat luxury and cleaner

Terrible, very terrible.

Liked: Location of hotel.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed since the last guess. The floor/carpet was completely dirty. The room mirror had fingerprints all over it. The was no breakfast just biscuits and a danish, half gallon of milk in the kitchen fridge. The hotel was very disappointing and the staff knows it, but it’s a job. Sad, very sad.

Liked: Room was big and comfortable....was a nice motel once upon a time...
Disliked: The place was not well maintained and cleanliness was not a top priority in my estimation....
