Worst stay ever in my...

Liked: Nothing! There was nothing positive that I can say! And I am a pretty easy person to please!
Disliked: Rips on the carpet. Shower would not turn on, only the tub. Ambulances going by all night. 2" gap under the door so you could hear everyone! Walls paper thin. Broken glass bureau cover. Stained sheets. Horrible smoke smell that gave us a headache. Toilet super low to the ground. Dark, smelly, gross. Cobwebs and dust under the vent. Nasty nasty nasty. No one at the front counter for 10 mins when we wanted to check in. It was the worst experience we could ever imagine. We checked out as soon as we woke up. My son wouldn't even sleep under the sheets because it was so gross. It is rated high but if you read all the reviews, everyone had the same experience so don't go by the 4 star rating!!!

Will not stay there again.

Liked: The room was rundown and dirty The paint was chipping, dirty walls and the room smelled unclean. The outside entrance from the parking lot did not work. So long walk to the front door and through the facility was necessary every time you went to your car. The EV charger was very slow and I would have had to stay there for two days to fully charge my car. The staff was lovely. Bed seemed clean. We did not complain because we were there for less than 12 hours.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff and curtesy van was very good.
Disliked: Inyternet and TV came down and never came back for the night. AC was not functioning and room was too warm. The pillow cover had a hole and was not changed.

Disliked: The thermostat was trapped on 78 degrees even though it was set on 60. No amenities.
