The hotel, accommodations, and location...

Liked: The staff, particularly the front desk, were very friendly. The lobby and lounges were really lovely.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was not a microwave in the room, and that the only one available to use barely worked. The restaurant was terrible for dinner. The food was not good, and although the staff was friendly, they were completely overwhelmed and clueless. The staff needs to be better trained and should learn to speak English if they are in the hospitality business. The restaurant was not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

Liked: Staff was great, room was clean. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
Disliked: Seeing as the building is split there is only 1 reception desk. I would have loved to be able to check out in the same building my room was in rather that walking across the courtyard. It would be nice to have someone on the main floor available for questions rather than walking to the main building.
