Passable

Liked: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Our room wreaked like cigarettes, we had to leave our window open for a couple hours. It looked like there was black mold in the wall by the air conditioner. There is no ventilation in the bathroom either.

Overpriced, under impressive establishment.

Liked: proximity to Miami if Ohio campus
Disliked: Everything else. For the price you pay, it is a dump. Practically no hot water, old, outdated facility that overcharges for rooms. They know they don’t need to do anything because there are not enough hotel rooms in the area for amount each weekend that are needed. Try to stay anywhere else if you can.
