About what I expected.
Liked: Good location, clean sheets, my room had a fridge and a microwave, and a decent TV. The fellow on staff when I arrived was welcoming. There was a chain and a deadbolt on the door.
Disliked: The walls were so thin that I could hear the TV next door, even though they had it on pretty low volume. And the bathroom sink was dirty. No coffeemaker in the room, and even though the sign in the lobby said "continental breakfast" (I only was let into the lobby because it was cold) they had no coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Liked: This bout the cheapest place in Spartanburg in a good location
Disliked: Our room had a dirty towel left behind and the sheets along with the thin covers had cigarette burnts in them

Will never book with Booking.com...
Liked: I booked the reservation through your service and when I arrive, there is no power. Of course the hotel did not have my reservation due to no power. My reservation was canceled, but I have yet to receive my refund of the amount that I paid to reserve that room. I keep getting the runaround and they keep extending the time it is now been 12 days. they said I would get my refund.
Disliked: There is no communication between the booking companies and the motel
