Liked: The location. Friendly staff
Disliked: We like milk in our tea so having a small fridge in the room would have been helpful. Also to keep some of the amazing fresh produce available everywhere.

Liked: The hotel is charming and quirky. Staff were excellent and unobtrusive. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Liked it so much extended another night and will be back.
Disliked: The breakfast was serviceable but nothing special - and unneeded. Dozens and dozens of amazing restaurants nearby.

Disliked: the car elevator was challenging to access the location of the hotel was great

We enjoyed our time at...

Liked: Loved the spacious room, great shower. Breakfast had lots of choice, excellent quality. We liked that many foods were organic, local. The recycling facilities and encouragement to do so were great. Filtered cold water to help ourselves to was good too. Great location in Vieux Lyon, close to restaurants etc.
Disliked: I would have liked a choice of oat milk or soya milk at breakfast.

It is not a four...

Disliked: Very difficult to park with medium cars. It is expensive and the rooms are very regular, it seems more a thematic hostel than a four star hotel.
