Confortable
Liked: Excellent location, the entire center and surrounding streets, everything is excellent.P.S. One comment about the terrace. Isaac was an excellent waiter. Excellent service.Everything is 100% recommended.Thank you so much for the safe stay for me and my family. We were just women, and we were 100% safe. Thank you so much 😀😀😀

Great location, great service, great...
Liked: Great location within walking distance of the centroid of Puebla.
Disliked: Rooms were small but very nice.

Colourful stay!
Liked: A beautiful place to stay. Very colourful and comfortable too. Good value for money and close to the city centre too.
Disliked: The wifi connection isn’t good.

Liked: Perfect Location, beautiful building
Disliked: The room was dark, poor isolated, a king bed for a small room is not a good choice, no wardrobe, and you can hear the bar on the rooftop with music and people laughing.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We booked the 'superior room' which looked more spacious than the standard room on all of the sample pictures provided on booking. The room we got was much smaller and exactly like the 'standard room' photos on booking. I had to negotiate a little bit with the receptionist and we finally got the 'king room' at the same rate. It still feels quite dishonest though.

Most comfortable beds in Puebla.
Liked: What a beautiful enclave. The beds were the MOST COMFORTABLE I've been in., and the heavy, cotton sheets like my mother used have were fantastic
Disliked: THE NOISE!!!!!!I had to move from one of the front courtyard rooms to the back because of the really, really loud noise coming from the restaurant/bar Infront of the rooms.The manager graciously moved me to the back where it was peaceful, but my travelling companion had to keep her room in the front. She had a terrible time trying to get to sleep before the bar closed.It's too bad for the hotel and I know there's nothing the staff can do about it

Big disappointment
Liked: The courtyard is beautiful like in the photos
Disliked: What you don’t see in the photos: The terrace above is a very noisy restaurant with loud music, the room is smaller than it seems in the photos, there’s no airco and windows can’t open, the bathroom is small, only a trickle of warm water from the shower, the bed is way too soft, there’s a bar beside the hotel with loud music. The hotel shares the entrance with the restaurant so their guest can walk around the courtyard, which makes it unsafe. All in all not the best experience I’ve had.
