Liked: The location was good. The room was a good size and comfortable. The room was clean and well attended. A fan was available to cool the room.
Disliked: It would have been good to have a coffee machine. There was no room service. The attached restaurant was not at all pleasant. The room was quite noisy as the window gave on to the street.

Comfy, Quiet, and Friendly

Liked: Super friendly staff, amazing location close to center but it a quiet, nice neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby, comfy bed, a shower that did get hot after some time :), and quiet room, perfect for us and our dog. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful accommodations in Puebla Mexico

Liked: Beautiful hotel! Amazing rooms and courtyard.
Disliked: After a 10-hour driving day, checking in was a nightmare. The office was closed when we arrived at 7pm and we couldn't get anyone to answer the bell. We had to enlist help from a couple of people from the restaurant upstairs. They were finally able to get the staff person to answer after about 45 minutes. Everything else after that was amazing.

Liked: Lovely location close to the centre of Puebla. You can ask reception to refill your water but they don't have a self service machine. The one thing I found annoying was their booking system constantly sending you messages before during and after the trip, and not allowing you to cancel.

Liked: - Strong wifi- Location- Beautiful patio
Disliked: - Uncomfortable bed- Shower smelled so strongly of drain cleaner it stunk up the whole room for all 3 nights. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and that only made a slight difference- No A/C- Curtains were thin/did not block out the light, and the hotel had strings of lights installed directly outside our window that flickered on and off all night
