Liked: Room was clean and a good size.
Disliked: A little expensive. Limited meal choice.

Good Stay.

Liked: Stayed for an overnight trip. The check in process was simple and when we got to the room it was lovely. The bathroom was very nice and had all the essentials for our stay. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Air conditioning in the room definitely helped with the hot weather outside. We used the spa during our trip and we were impressed by the facilities available. Prior booking also meant it wasn't too busy.
Disliked: Although breakfast was an overall good experience, some of the food had been left in the hot plates too long and had become overcooked.

Liked: The room was a nice layout.
Disliked: All staff left us waiting for ages, were unhelpful and rude. The hotel reception, swimming changing rooms, dining area are all small outdated and very hot. We were charged an extra £50 which was added onto the room price, and we were told twice the money would be refunded, which it still hasn’t been and have now been told it “was a pending transaction” even though £192 was taken on arrival and breakfast swimming and dinner was all paid for. No dressing gowns, no slippers, not a smart tv as you can’t access anything, empty food packages left all over the hallway (all evening and still in the morning) Very hard to get to if you don’t drive, and you have to walk miles to any other restaurant as a redbull costs you £5.25!

Disliked: We weren’t told that a free shuttle bus ran from the ICC to and from the hotel.We had asked how to get to the ICC and the receptionist said she would book us a taxi when we needed it.It was only when we had dinner at Ty Hotel up the road that we found out.We asked their receptionist to book us a taxi and they said there was no need as there is a free shuttle bus.We caught the free shuttle bus back to Coldra Court Hotel after the show.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was nice and big, the lounge area is nice and the room with the movie for kids. Pool is nice too. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Staff were unfriendly
