Wouldnt use again

Disliked: They put the engineer in a completely different room with a shared toilet which wasn't all that clean considering covid 19 at the minute, when we booked we booked an apartment with private bathroom and he got a box room with a shared toilet. They falsely advertised as if this was the case we would not have booked into this place they didnt refund any costs so paid more and got less. Booking.com didn't help and neither did the accommodation!
