Exceptional value, location and comfort...

Liked: Exceptional quality for the price: Brand new carpet, freshly painted, new microwave and refrigerator, comfortable beds, and very quiet.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Clean room , friendly and efficient staff, staff person moved their vehicle so I could park closer to my room.
Disliked: Dim lighting in bathroom.

Liked: I have stayed here 2 times now the staff is really nice,friendly..They make me feel welcome! And it has a safe comfortable feel to it!
Disliked: The carpets need to be cleaned bottom of brand new socks were black! But everything else is clean..However the ceiling in our room was nasty sticky brown stuff exploded on ceiling that be cleaned up and carpets cleaned much better!! Nice place to stay over all!!

Not a stay!

Liked: I didn’t even stay at this motel. Booking.com let me book and pay for the “last remaining room”, then the motel called me and explained there was no room available. Still waiting for a refund.

Liked: When I arrived, check in was as usual. Proceeded to the room, opened door, room totally not cleaned. It looked as if the previous guest was still there. Beds unmade, etc. I went back to the desk. Owner was mortified! Began looking for another room for me. Discovered the cleaner didn't do any rooms. The owner and her husband moved super quick to clean the room. They were very appologetic and said they would talk to booking.com to refund my $$ for the inconvenience. Really respect a manager who tries to make it right instead of just "I'm sorry"

Liked: Quiet, big rooms and good location.
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean. Dirty towels left in bathroom. No toiletries. No trash can liner and trash still in it. Coffee pot had old coffee and pack inside. No breakfast because they said the company has not been send money for it and staff was supplying it... not the two days we were there, there was only Coffee.

Liked: We've been there before and it was convenient to town
Disliked: The stairs and landing had dirt on it that easily could have been swept off. The toilet leaked and mold and water was on the floor and wall behind the tank. I had to ask for toilet paper as there was only less than a quarter of a roll with no backup. Beer caps and food under the table and on the floor up against the bed. I told them manager. She apologized.
