The perfect stay!

Liked: Room and ensuite were both extremely clean, spacious and well-presented. The breakfast was very high quality and both Beth and Andrew were very welcoming and friendly. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Liked: Everything was simply perfect! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, the room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was superb! All in all. 10/10 stay!

Exceptional

A wonderful establishment.

Liked: This was truly exceptional accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, both in terms of the mattress and the bed linen. Beautiful bathroom and an excellent shower. The view from the room across the valley was to die for. The various breakfasts over our three mornings were stunningly prepared and presented. And the hosts were friendly and professional, with lots of advice on the local area. Quite simply a highlight of our two week road trip around the UK.

Liked: The welcoming hosts on arrival. The hosts dealt with and requests efficiently.The rooms booked were was spacious.We were allowed use of the accommodation during the day especially if the weather was inclement.The lounge was available during evenings.The views across the valley.
Disliked: The 1/2 mile unmade single track road to the accommodation.

Liked: We liked the hostess, Beth, who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the whole Hall is beautifully appointed and in a delightful rural setting with lovely views. The breakfasts were perfect (generous smoked salmon and scrambled egg for me) and it is an easy walk across fields to the local pub which was very busy with locals but still welcoming to us tourists. They seem to have recently increased their menu choices as I had a delicious, generous and reasonably-priced chicken caesar salad.
Disliked: We had difficulty finding the Hall due to an unexpected road closure and one morning we had no hot water but the problem was fixed the same day. Excellent response from the hosts.
