Very clean and amazing location...

Liked: Amazing location
Disliked: Nowhere to make or consume your own food or drinks, nowhere to really hang out downstairs without being in the restaurant/bar. It got costly. I don’t think I’m a hostel person either. Staying in a room with others wasn’t worth it for me. I got sick of having all my things packed in bags, locking things constantly, trying to be quiet, bringing all my things to the bathroom, etc.

A perfect stay!

Liked: What a lovely hostel! The bar and welcome area was great. I felt so safe and comfortable. Thank you.
Disliked: There were people in the morning that didn't respect the rules however no fault of the hostel.

Liked: The location is extremely central, right on Royal Mile and close to all the attractions. The staff are really friendly and the facilities very clean. The room is spacious and the curtains offered complete privacy for each bed. There's free luggage storage before checkin and after checkout.
Disliked: The women's bathroom on my level wasn't working so I had to take the lift to a different level to use the bathroom during my stay

It’s clean, friendly staff but...

Liked: It is very central. Overall clean. Friendly staff. The sleeping pods are quite small but well organised with a hanger and a charging station. I appreciated the free activities they offer to their guests. I took part in the free walking tour which I enjoyed much.
Disliked: You go through so many safety doors where you need to enter all the time a code. While it makes it safe, it also makes it feel like being in a prison. There are no changing facilities neither in the rooms nor in the communal areas so you basically have no privacy at all if you want to get undressed, get changed and organise your luggage. I had to use the toilet for disabled to have a bit of privacy. The common bathroom and shower facilities don’t have enough hangers / space to put your stuff on and have a comfortable shower.
