Solo trip

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were nice. Clean and had everything i needed.
Disliked: I liked everything. Towels could be bigger.

Liked: Fabulous hostel in a comfortable location. If you want to meet people and be social, it’s easy. If you want to chill by yourself, you can.
Disliked: I wish there was more common space to just sit and read a book. There is a community table in the bar, but no couches, just place to exist beyond your pod.

Disliked: The only downside I would say is the noise the bedroom doors make as they are heavy.So when people come and goes for 4am for example it is not silent

Not reliable, communication on WhatsApp...

Disliked: Not good experience! I stayed 2 night in this hostel. After checking out I realised that I forgot my towel on the hanger in the room so I contacted the hostel via WhatsApp the very next morning. I explained in Details what colour my towel has and in which room and even on which hanger Ieft it. They wrote that they will inform the house keeping but never replied to me eventhought I texted them again. I stayed 2 more nights in Edinburgh visiting a friend and could pick up my towel at any time but the staff obviously didn't care and never replied me again. To be honest I dont think that one of other guests would take a used towel in a dorm, so my conclusion is that the staff of the hostel was just to lazy to go in the dorm and check it. They care for the money not their guests.
